The Brie de Meaux from the 30 Arpents Farm is absolutely unique. Indeed, it is the only Brie entitled with farmer label. Property of the Rothschild Group, 30 Arpents Farm has 140 dairy cows and produces his Brie exclusively from the milk of his flock. We are proud to offer this unique cheese, probably the best brie in the world. A real pleasure!

A myriad of flowers and trees offered to bees, far from insecticides and fungicides they have to face with in the country. From his hives in Paris, Remy Vanbremeersch produces an exceptional and savory honey. We chose to combine it with fromage frais. A delightfull experience !
